Organizational Science Consulting and Research (OSC&R) is a non-profit unit providing organizations with scientifically sound consulting services associated with promoting employee and organizational health, well-being and effectiveness.

The large staff associated with OSC&R allows it to provide a wide range of high quality research-based scientifically sound services to local, state, regional, and national organizations in both the public and private sectors. OSC&R staff members have effectively carried out projects including:
